Shipments and delivery times
As a general rule, packages are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment, via MRW with tracking number and unsigned delivery.
The shipping costs of 5,00 €, include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal costs. Shipping costs are free on purchases over 40,- €. We advise you to group all your items in one order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will apply for each individually. We are not responsible for any damage your package may suffer after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.
You can also pick up your order in our warehouse, at no shipping cost. You just have to finish the purchase and select that option. You can pick it up from Monday to Friday from 16:00 to 20:00 h. in C / Rey don Jaime nº 1 of Alfafar (Valencia).
Returns
If in the order received you find any defective product you should contact indufallas@gmail.com
You can return the goods to us as long as you communicate your intention within one week after receiving the order and provided that you keep your packaging in optimal condition. For this you must contact us at indufallas@gmail.com or you can also use our contact section.
Whenever the return responds to defects of the product, Xapetes assumes the shipping costs caused by the return. You may replace it or replace it with other items.
If the reasons for return are foreign to Xapetes, that is, if the merchandise is in perfect condition but nevertheless wants to return it, you must send the product in its original packaging and in perfect condition. The expenses incurred in the return will NOT be borne by Xapetes.
